Just signed up went through process of verification and for no reason they have now a few hours later said my account is banned and I cannot log in. My guess is they just wanted my info with no intention of letting me play.

I am verry thankfull for them. They are doing amazing job. I know I am not a easy costumer but their response time is great. They are doing the best that they can and I can feel that by their presence in my tickets that I have with them. Also if you have some trouble, they are ready to listen and they act acordingly.
