My verification was approved and the money was processing. Then, my account was suddenly blocked for "suspicious activity" and my $600 was frozen. No explanation. It feels like robbery.

I've had nothing but a good experience with this site. Customer service is prompt and polite. I received my payout (check) within 48 hours of cashing out. They fed ex'd it to me immediately. They do ask that you deposit the check instead of cashing (being since it's from Canada, I assume). The bank gave me no trouble at all and did not hold for a lengthy amount of time, it was available the very next day.

Without Casino Guru, I wouldn’t have had a chance to get my money back – despite all my evidence and the ridiculously simple math. Stake isn’t even capable of solving the most basic calculations.Despite being Dia rank, taking big losses, and staying loyal for years, I had to fight almost 5 months just to get my money and justice.4,400 bets missing from the archive! Stake says they “can’t find them.”Where’s the provably fair in that?
